NYSE Texas Opens Dallas Headquarters
NYSE opened its NYSE Texas headquarters in Dallas at the historic Old Parkland campus, signaling a permanent base for the Texas-based digital equities venue amid growing competition for listings in the state. Launched in March 2025, NYSE Texas has grown to more than 120 issuers with a combined market capitalization exceeding $2 trillion, and Texas hosts more than $4.8 trillion in NYSE-listed market value. Leadership emphasized the move as a concrete commitment to Texas, with Lynn Martin calling it a dedicated home for innovators and Bryan Daniel highlighting the mission to deepen NYSE’s presence in a state known for business growth. Governor Greg Abbott attended the ceremony and is set to ring the NYSE Texas Closing Bell, with live coverage across NYSE channels. The development follows a broader push by exchanges, including Nasdaq, to expand Texas listings and underscores Texas’ rising role as a hub for corporate headquarters and capital markets activity.
