Kaiser Aluminum Names Fred Stephan CEO, 2026 Transition

Kaiser Aluminum announced that Fred Stephan will become Chief Executive Officer and President, effective November 1, 2026, succeeding Keith A. Harvey who will transition to Executive Chairman.
