Rod Stewart postponed a scheduled Cincinnati concert Sunday after undergoing an unexpected medical procedure, marking the latest Health-related setback for the veteran singer during his current tour.
According to Fox News, Stewart, 81, was set to perform at Riverbend Music Center with Richard Marx as part of his "One Last Time" tour.
The venue announced the postponement shortly before the concert was scheduled to begin.
"Due to an unforeseen but minor medical procedure that required prompt attention, Rod Stewart's performance tonight in Cincinnati at Riverbend Music Center has been POSTPONED," the venue said.
Officials said a new date was being worked out, with more information expected Tuesday.
Tickets already purchased for Sunday's performance will be honored when the concert is rescheduled.
"Rod is expected to make a quick recovery and looks forward to returning to Cincinnati," the venue added.
