According to the New York Post, a report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner obtained by Page Six states that Chase died from acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
The report also identified chronic polysubstance use as a contributing factor in her death.
Officials ruled her death to be from natural causes.
