Mike Johnson Asked if He Has Nightmares About Marjorie Taylor Greene

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) insists he does not think about Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) amid her push to oust him from the position.

Johnson sat down for an interview with Fox News’ Jesse Watters and spoke about House Republicans’ razor thin majority.

“We don’t have a functioning majority, when you can only lose one vote, if one person has a different idea, we don’t,” the speaker said.

Watters interjected, “So it’s like a coalition government.”

“No, we’re trying to prevent that,” Johnson responded. “And we’ve gotten better policy, better process, and we’re getting things done.”

However, he added, “It’s very difficult when very individualistic, individual-minded Republicans don’t want to move together.”

Watters asked, “Is that 👤Marjorie Taylor Greene?”

“I’m not going to name names, Jesse, you know who they are,” Johnson responded.

The Fox host then asked, “Do you have nightmares about her?’

“No, I don’t, I don’t think about her at all,” Johnson responded.

The exchange comes as Greene has introduced a motion to strip Johnson of his position.

Greene has been leading the push since the House passed a government funding bill last month. However, the push to oust Johnson started to gain steam as he held a vote on a several foreign aid packages for Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine.
