An emotional week of testimony began Monday in the case against the man accused of killing Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, as a former campus police officer described witnessing the fatal shooting.
According to the New York Post, Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk's widow, attended the hearing and was seen leaving the courtroom alongside Kirk's parents and other family members after the proceedings.
