Democrat Congressman Demands ‘So-Called Gangbangers’ That Were Deported Be Immediately Returned To U.S.

Recently, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that 17 alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang have been deported and sent to El Salvador from Guantanamo Bay.

“In order to keep the American people safe, @POTUS designated the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 as Foreign Terrorist Organizations,” Rubio posted on X. “These criminals will no longer terrorize our communities and citizens.”

It was quite the power move as well.

The Trump administration’s deportations were carried out via Title 8, not the Alien Enemies Act, which a federal judge stopped.

According to reports, some of the gang members who were sent to the El Salvadorian prison had “criminal charges pending” or had been convicted of criminal charges.

That was all followed by a hearing at the House, and Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin demanded that these “so-called plane full of gangbangers” be returned to the United States of America.

“I call on my colleagues right now to call off their campaign to impeach federal judges for doing their job,” Raskin said. “I call on them to demand that the Trump administration comply with all judicial orders while appealing whichever ones they want to appeal.”

“And to demand the return of people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of gangbangers.”

One could say that Raskin is demanding that members of a foreign terrorist organization that came to the United States illegally be allowed back in the USA.

Recently, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem visited the CECOT facility in El Salvador and delivered a message.
