Actress Candace Cameron Bure revealed how she keeps her Christian Faith at the forefront of her career.
In an interview with Crosswalk, Bure, 47, who is the chief content creator for the network Great American Family, opened up about being “outspoken” about her faith while in the industry.
“My Faith has always been very important to me. While my movies haven’t been Faith-based movies over the years, they were always just a stepping stone that if people wanted to look into who I am on a Candace Cameron Bure level — not a character that I’m playing — that my website and when I would speak in interviews that I would be fully genuine and authentic and who I am as a Christian woman,” she explained.

Additionally, the former “Full House” star said Faith has “has always been a part of my life really since I’ve been in the business.”
“And I’ve been in the business for over 40 years. As our country becomes more and more divided over social issues, it’s also become more important for me as a woman, as a mother, and a person in our industry to be able to have a voice for what’s important to me,” Bure shared.
She continued, “And that’s my Christian Faith. And so making movies that have more Faith content has become more important to me as I’ve gotten older.”
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal
