President Joe Biden is raising eyebrows after viewers of his speech before the United Nations struggled to understand what he was saying at one point.
Biden spoke at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday. But users on X, formerly known as Twitter, highlighted one portion of the speech they could not understand.
“Uhwenovtheeovlerance of all our institutions, and drive creative new partnerships,” he said.
Biden added, “Let me be clear, certain principles of our international system are sancro — sacrosanct.”

One user wrote, “President Biden should stop saying ‘Let me be clear’ because what follows never is.”
“‘hIS AGe doESn’T mAtTer…'” wrote conservative commentator Pradheep J. Shanker.
Attorney David Larkin wrote, “The President can’t even read simple sentences. Comedy of the absurd.”

“Mumble mumble mumble… ‘let me be clear…’ mumble mumble,” chimed in conservative commentator Ian Miles Cheong.
Biden has previously been criticized and sparked concern with similar incidents. And polls have repeatedly found a majority of Americans believe he is too old to run for re-election.
However, he has insisted he took a “hard look” at the idea of running again and said he feels “good” about it.
