Teladoc Health unveiled Teladoc One, a 100% risk-based, integrated virtual care model that unifies multidisciplinary care teams with an AI-enabled Pulse data ecosystem to coordinate care across departments and replace fragmented, disease-specific programs. Targeting employers and health plans, the model will launch with cardiometabolic programs in September 2026 and broadly in January 2027, tying payments to clinical and financial outcomes while using care guides, AI triage, and data integration to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
