Kaiser Aluminum Names Fred Stephan CEO, 2026 Transition

Kaiser Aluminum named Fred Stephan, formerly Amcor's COO, as its next President and CEO effective November 1, 2026, with Stephan also joining the board. Keith Harvey will transition to Executive Chairman to assist during the handover and continue guiding the company during the transition.
