Red Eyes is a Canadian thriller drama film, directed by Yves Simoneau and released in 1982. The film is a dramatization of the "automne chaud", a real-life series of voyeurism and sexual assault incidents in Quebec City in 1979 that culminated in the murder of young actress France Lachapelle.
