Ben & Jerry's was rated High Risk because it consistently prioritizes progressive political activism and identity-based initiatives over neutral business practices, as reflected in its poor marks for cancellations, discriminatory philanthropy, and employment practices. Its advocacy funding and governance choices further show a pattern of corporate weaponization that sidelines merit and free expression in favor of partisan causes.
