The 1911 Kerman earthquake, also known as the 1911 Ravar earthquake, struck Kerman province, Qajar Iran, on April 18. The earthquake had an estimated magnitude of 6.5 Mw and occurred near Ravar, north of Kerman. About 700 people were killed and many houses were destroyed.
