Pop Star Comments On Diary

Nicki Minaj just posted a video where she acts out a fake diary entry. The clip begins with her remark, “Dear Diary, well the press is hot for me.” It sounds like a teen movie, but the target is very serious.

This 59-second clip came right after a tense Senate hearing. Dr. Anthony Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment rights more than 100 times during questioning.

The hearing followed the release of his own private notes by Sen. Rand Paul. Those notes detail his meetings and thoughts on the pandemic. Minaj’s video turns that serious legal moment into a satirical jab at his ego.

The humor turns sharp when she lists the real costs of the pandemic. Stating in the video, “If anyone asks questions, me and my gang ruins their lives,” Minaj lands a final blow. She connects this attitude to the harm done to families.

She wrote on X that Fauci caused pain to “Young children who are still trying to become acclimated into society & schools”. She also noted, “traumatized pregnant women who couldn’t even have family in the delivery rooms & visits”.

Her post on X included an AI image of Fauci writing like a teenager. She captioned it with a grim prediction: “Feeding tubes will be his portion”. She argued that he must feel the pain he caused to newborns. Minaj wrote, “He will lose the ability to speak & then & only then will he feel the collective pain & long term ramifications he caused to newborns”. This follows Rep. Rich McCormick’s new bill to bar Fauci from government service.

This isn’t the first time the rapper and the doctor have clashed. Minaj was reacting to a 2021 video by Dinesh D’Souza where Fauci criticized her. In that video, Fauci declared she “should be thinking twice about propagating information that really has no basis — except a one-off anecdote”.

Now, the tables have turned. She says, “The trust that is now gone from innocent people toward their governments forever, billions of stolen money from hard-working taxpayers via con artists…”.

Many Americans feel that trust is indeed broken. Minaj admitted, “I’ve been struggling to find the humor in any of this”. Her post lists “young people still struggling w/mental health, suicide” and “people turned away from hospitals at their most vulnerable moments”.

The diary entries released by Sen. Paul show Fauci reflecting on his public profile. Yet Minaj sees a pattern of damage to the elderly and the young. She wrote, “Never mind that I sent millions of children back years on their education … the elderly are alone and afraid, dying by themselves”.  Fauci’s diary reveals the real reason he pushed for lockdowns while denying it.
