Produced by Bibury Animation Studios and distributed by Pony Canyon, the film is directed by Masato Jinbo from a script written by Keiichirō Ōchi and stars Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Kana Hanazawa, Ayana Taketatsu, Miku Itō, Ayane Sakura, and Inori Minase. In the film, Futaro Uesugi plans to confess his love to one of the Nakano quintuplets during their final school festival.
