ClearSign completes 500,000-share private placement at $3.54

ClearSign Technologies completed a private placement of 500,000 common shares at $3.54 per share to Otter Capital, raising $1.77 million with the placement closing around July 2026. Proceeds are earmarked for working capital, research and development, marketing and general corporate purposes, and the process involved waivers of certain transfer restrictions and related underwriting agreements.
