Frasers extends Accent Group bid to September 30

Frasers Group extended its on-market takeover bid for Accent Group to 30 September 2026, with no changes to the terms and the offer price remaining at A$0.65 per share, despite Accent’s shares trading above the bid. The extension comes as Frasers, already holding about 22.9% of Accent, faces opposition from Accent’s independent board committee, which argues the value is tied to its Sports Direct ANZ relationship and future growth plan.
