Lodha Q1 profit doubles, revenue near ₹5,000 cr

Lodha Developers posted a strong Q1 with consolidated net profit around ₹1,370–₹1,373 crore, roughly doubling year-on-year as total income rose to about ₹5,000 crore and EBITDA margins expanded to about 38.5%, signaling robust demand in premium housing. The results reflect continued momentum from higher project completions and realizations, with management optimistic about sustaining growth through the current fiscal year.
