David Burke, a singer/songwriter better known by the moniker D4vd, sat silently in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday as prosecutors laid out potentially damning evidence they hope to use at an eventual trial. The "Romantic Homicide" singer is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, with whom he's accused of being in an illegal sexual relationship. It will be up to a judge to decide if the state has provided enough evidence against D4vd for the case to proceed.
