Netflix Reveals One Piece Alabasta Season 3 Cast

Netflix has added four new cast members for One Piece: The Battle of Alabasta (Season 3): Emilio Sakraya as Koza, Omid Abtahi as Toto, Jamie Ward as Pell, and Nabeel Khan as Chaka, anchoring the adaption of the Alabasta arc. The announcements, made during ONE PIECE Day '26 and subsequent reports, confirm these characters’ key roles in Vivi’s kingdom as a civil war driven by Crocodile and Baroque Works threatens the realm. The season will bring back core performers like Inaki Godoy as Luffy and other main cast members, while production wrapped in Cape Town in 2026 and aims for a 2027 Netflix release. In addition to the four newcomers, the series is expanding with other new roles such as Bon Clay, Portgas D. Ace, Miss Doublefinger and Mr. 1 to enrich the Alabasta storyline. The project remains a collaborative effort between Netflix, Tomorrow Studios and Shueisha, with Joe Tracz and Ian Stokes serving as co-showrunners and executive producers.
