Merck, Moderna Positive Phase 3 Melanoma Vaccine

Merck and Moderna reported positive Phase 3 results for Intismeran autogene, a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine, when used with Keytruda in patients with surgically treated melanoma. The trial enrolled 1,137 high-risk patients across stages IIB–IV and showed clinically meaningful improvements in recurrence-free survival with no new safety concerns reported to date.
