ECB to host Pakistan Bangladesh New Zealand 2027
The England and Wales Cricket Board has unveiled England’s 2027 home international schedule, with the men’s team hosting Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand across formats, and the women’s team hosting a white-ball series against Bangladesh. The men’s program opens with a five-match ODI series against Pakistan in May, followed by a one-off Test against Bangladesh at Lord’s, as part of preparation for the 2027 ICC Men’s World Cup and the Ashes later in the summer. The five-match Ashes series against Australia is set to run across Trent Bridge, Lord’s, Edgbaston, Southampton and The Oval, with a separate women’s schedule featuring Australia Women in the Women’s Ashes. England will also host New Zealand in September for a white-ball series (three T20Is and five ODIs) as crucial World Cup preparation. Pakistan’s May 2027 tour of England is complemented by a concurrent West Indies Test series for Pakistan earlier in 2027, with extensive scheduling across Southampton, Manchester, Leeds, Chester-le-Street and Cardiff. The PCB has likewise outlined Pakistan’s five-match ODI tour of England as part of joint preparations for the 2027 World Cup, with venues and dates aligning closely with the England schedule.
