Decker plans to downsize breast implants
Country singer Jessie James Decker, 38, has set a date to undergo plastic surgery to downsize her very large breast implants and replace them with smaller ones, saying she would love to explant completely but isn’t yet ready. She posted a video of herself exercising with a yoga ball and explained that her fitness journey and a newly embraced “strong girl era” led to wanting a change that fits her active lifestyle. Decker emphasized that she doesn’t want anything holding her back and that the large implants no longer align with who she feels she is, even joking about a look she calls “juicy ballerina boobies.” The decision was sparked in part by her ongoing fitness regimen and by welcoming her youngest child, Denver, in 2024, which she said kickstarted her shift toward a “less is more” chapter for herself and her family. While she would prefer to remove implants entirely, she remains undecided about explanting, and the choice reflects her evolving approach to beauty standards and motherhood. Decker shares four children with her husband, former NFL star Eric Decker, and has been open about balancing motherhood with body image and wellness goals.
