Bridgeline Digital reported ongoing expansions of its HawkSearch platform as a long-standing retailer added Hybrid Search and Search Assistant to enhance product discovery and the online shopping experience, signaling growing demand for semantic search and conversational eCommerce. The OpenSearch rollout achieved a 91% reduction in hierarchy facet response times and is the initial phase of a broader modernization plan that includes migrating additional sites and later implementing Hybrid Search.
