Colombia's official language is Spanish, spoken by the vast majority of its population. The country also officially recognizes around 65 indigenous languages, plus Creole languages like Palenquero and San Andrés–Providencia Creole spoken by specific communities, and English is co-official in the San Andrés and Providencia archipelago.
(If you meant Columbia, South Carolina, or the University/District of Columbia — those are English-speaking, U.S. locations, just let me know.)
