However, traditional hunting-specific camouflage patterns like Realtree or Mossy Oak are often superior because they're designed specifically for the color palettes and vegetation patterns of common hunting regions.
A practical limitation is that MARPAT was designed for military distances (50-300+ meters) rather than hunting distances, which typically range from 20-100 meters.
