To change your Gmail profile picture, open Gmail and click the circular profile icon in the top right corner of the page. Select "Manage your Google Account," then navigate to the "Personal info" tab. Click on your current profile photo, and you'll be given options to upload a new image from your computer, select from your Google Photos library, or search the web for an image. After selecting or uploading your new photo, you can crop it to your preferred size and click "Save." Your new profile picture will appear across Google services including Gmail, Google Meet, YouTube, and other connected Google products. If you prefer not to use a photo, you can instead choose a colored avatar with your initials. The process takes just a few minutes, and the change is reflected immediately in your Gmail inbox and when you send emails. Note that your profile picture is visible to people you communicate with, so they'll see it when you send them messages or collaborate on documents.
