CoinShares announced a major expansion into Europe’s regulated investment ecosystem by launching a UCITS platform and its first fund, aimed at tapping institutional allocators across Europe and expanding beyond traditional crypto ETPs. The move integrates its ETPs, funds, and on-chain strategies into a multi-engine asset management platform, leveraging the UCITS framework to reach pension funds, insurers, and private banks that previously couldn’t hold certain debt-backed assets.
