Reckitt said it will divest its Russian Hygiene business to Arnest, with completion expected in the second half of 2026 and the unit accounting for about 1% of core net revenue. The sale is treated as Held for Sale and is expected to generate a post-tax loss of around £175 million in 2026, but is not expected to materially affect 2026 adjusted operating profit or EPS, while Reckitt will retain its Russia Health business.
