Second Nord Stream suspect arrested in Croatia

German prosecutors said a second Ukrainian suspect, identified as Vladimir Z., was arrested in Pula, Croatia, and will be extradited to Germany in connection with the 2022 Nord Stream gas-pipeline blasts. The case, which also involved a separate Ukrainian national arrested in Italy last year, continues to unfold as investigations probe divers who attached explosives to Nord Stream 1 and 2.
