Nigerian House Seeks Nationwide Audit of Recovered Assets Since 1999

The Nigerian House of Representatives is pushing a comprehensive audit of assets seized or recovered by government agencies since 1999, including plans to create a digital national asset registry and an ad hoc committee to inventory, value, manage, and account for proceeds.
