Mariners Promote Kade Anderson for MLB Debut vs Cubs

Seattle Mariners calling up top pitching prospect Kade Anderson from Double-A Arkansas for his MLB debut Saturday against the Chicago Cubs at T-Mobile Park, after a dominant first pro season that saw him post a 1.06 ERA with 135 strikeouts in 93.1 innings across 18 Double-A starts. The 22-year-old, drafted third overall out of LSU in 2025 and listed as baseball’s top pitching prospect, has dazzled scouts and ranked among the game’s elite prospects as he joins Seattle’s rotation this season.
