Germany Launches Helpline for Exiled Dissidents

Germany's Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution launched a helpline for immigrants and refugees from authoritarian countries such as Russia, China, and Iran who face intimidation, surveillance or abduction, to help document threats and counter repressive strategies while seeking expanded intelligence powers amid cyber and hybrid threats.
